Our governance structure includes General Meeting of Consortium Members, Board of Directors, Chairperson and General Secretary.
The General Meeting is made up of all the real estate owners in the consortium area, who are referred to as “consortium members”. The general meeting is normally convened twice a year. Every consortium member is allowed to be represented by another person and is entitled to a number of votes equivalent to the number of square meters of their estate multiplied by the coefficients specified by the Articles of Association and by the Regulation. Every resolution passed by the General Meeting is an obligation and a commitment for all the consortium members.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors consists of a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 15 members.
It is appointed by the General Meeting and remains in office for three years.
The number of members of the board is decided by the General Meeting.
